Make a booking

If you would like to make booking for the community fill out the application to make a booking and fax or post it to the MCNT for approval. For further information please contact Bebelyn on Phone 8945 9122.

Conditions of Use

  1. A refundable security bond deposit of $30.00 will be required when hiring the room and is to be paid before use of the Community Room. This will be refunded to the user upon the return of the key to the office, provided the community room is in a satisfactory condition (e.g. everything is neat & tidy).
  2. For the benefit of all user groups, the Centre must be left in the same condition in which it was found. All user groups are responsible for their own cleaning.
  3. Please note it is your responsibility to advise MCNT if you notice problems requiring repair or maintenance, particularly anything which may impact on the safe use of the building. This can be done by ringing the Council's Administration Officer on 08 8945 9122.
  4. No permanent decorations or fixtures are to be erected without the permission of MCNT.
  5. All breakages/damages to property must be reported immediately to MCNT.
  6. All lights and aircon must be switched off at the completion of use.
  7. The Centre is not to be sublet or hired out to unauthorized groups.
  8. Authorized groups are responsible for the security of the Centre's key. Keys are not to be issued to other groups or individuals without MCNT permission.
  9. All doors and windows are to be secured and locked at the end of use.
  10. Electricity reading must be taken before and after the Event.
  11. Smoking and consumption of alcohol is prohibited.
  12. Failure to observe these conditions could lead to suspension or cancellation of booking.
  13. Noise emanating from the premises is to be kept to a level that would give no cause for complaints from residents of the area and maintained to conform to the Noise Control Act.
  14. The authorized individual must inform MCNT in the event of a cancellation as soon as it is practically possible.
