What you can expect


  • MCNT responds to your feedback or complaint in a transparent, timely  and unbiased manner.
  • All feedback is treated respectfully and confidentially.
  • You will not be disadvantaged in any way for making a valid complaint.
  • MCNT works with you to try and resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
  • MCNT acknowledges receipt of your feedback or complaint within three working days and, if required, takes action within 10 working days.

People we support and their carers have the right to make a complaint about MCNT to external agencies and regulators.
